The 2013-2014 Fellow

Francesco BovaFrancesco Bova, the Accurate Equity Fellow, will assess the causes and effects of variations in equity-based compensation across international employees of U.S. multinationals. He is an assistant professor of accounting at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is a former Louis O. Kelso Fellow and was a finalist for the Shared Capitalism Through Employee Ownership Dissertation Award. He holds a Ph.D. in accounting from Yale University.



The 2012-2013 Fellow

Eric KaarsemakerEric Kaarsemaker, the first Accurate Equity Fellow and the first fellow studying Europe, studies the effects of individual choice in relation to employee ownership. He was a lecturer in human resource management at the University of York in the United Kingdom from 2006 until 2009. He is currently based in the Netherlands as a consultant and independent researcher and has a Ph.D. in management science from the Radboud University Nijmegan School of Management in The Netherlands.
