Circle M Foundation Inc. is pleased to support the ongoing research activities of the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations by establishing the Kevin Ruble Fellowship. This fellowship is established for the purpose of fostering research into highly effective ownership cultures in employee-owned organizations, and the link between those ownership cultures and their sponsors’ organizational performance. 

Circle M Foundation’s president, Kevin Ruble is an ardent supporter of broad-based employee ownership, having served as a strategic advisor to employee-owned firms for over 30 years, as founder and CEO of Marquette Rail, the world’s first majority employee-owned railroad, and as an independent director for employee-owned companies. Kevin lives in Colorado where he enjoys family activities, snowboarding, working on his ranch, and supporting local nonprofits.
