This certificate program is one that is designed uniquely for you – for your individual interests, current situation, and future goals, from the broad subject matter of Labor and Employment Relations. You will select four courses in consultation with the Credit Director of the MLER program. These will typically be four courses from the regular MLER graduate program. However, it may also include approved, select undergraduate courses taken for graduate credit after being admitted to the program. Students must earn a B or better for a course to count toward the certificate.
This certificate is available to those who wish to study completely online, completely in person, or through a combination of both online and in-person classes.
