Designed for experienced human resource professionals and managers seeking to advance to higher level positions, our 36-credit professional online master’s program is flexible and affordable, and can be completed in as few as 18 months. There is no minimum course load per semester for part-time students. Our online courses are designed and taught by the core Rutgers HRM Department faculty.
