The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) is proud to celebrate and support our Rutgers transfer students!

Did you know?

As a Rutgers transfer student, you have the opportunity to earn a master's degree with just one additional year of full-time study! Part-time study is also available.

The Master of Labor and Employment Relations (MLER) joint bachelor's / master's degree program is a great fit for transfer students and is only open to Rutgers University undergraduates.

Learn more at our upcoming Virtual Information Session

Join MLER program faculty and staff at our Virtual Information Session on October 24th at 6pm EST to learn about this program through which you can earn your master's degree. Through the MLER program, learn about topics including negotiation and conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, workplace laws, and leading organizational change in preparation for rewarding careers across many different types of organizations.

We welcome you to explore the possibilities through the Master of Labor and Employment Relations program and are here to provide academic and career development support throughout your journey at Rutgers!

Please complete the form below to register and we will email you the link and a reminder for the Virtual Information Session the day before the event. If you have any questions, please contact Student Counselor Ann Marie Fiorella-Mullen at amf322@smlr.rutgers.edu.
