The online curriculum of the Bachelors of Science in Labor and Employment Relations is designed to meet the needs of a variety of students with different academic and professional goals. A total of 36 credits is required to complete the major, and a total of 120 credits is required to obtain the degree.

Elective Courses Outside the Major

All online courses offered by Rutgers University can be used as electives in this program to reach the total of 120 credits needed for the degree. Students may substitute up to two social science courses for major electives if they wish.
