The founding committee members of the Levine Trade Union Education Fund coordinated funding activities to support projects which will perpetuate Herbert A. Levine’s name and memory. These projects have included, but are not limited to: a Herbert Levine Summer School for Workers, a Distinguished Lecture Series, and sponsorship of various programs and scholarships for the unionists and students in labor studies.

This fund provides scholarships for students involved with unions and enrolled in labor studies at Rutgers.
