Making Use of All Abilities in the New World of Work: An Overview of the Rutgers Program for Disability Research

What are the best ways to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities? How can inclusive policies benefit companies? With support from three major federal grants, the Program for Disability Research is partnering with major companies to create rigorous evidence on the effects of employer and public policies on workers with disabilities, companies, and society. This presentation will outline these and other current projects on disability inclusion, and opportunities for companies to become involved.
