Anne-Laure Winkler, the first American Coalition of Stock Plan Administrators Fellow, is focusing on the link between broad-based employee equity in publicly-traded corporations and the company’s relationships to key stakeholders through an analysis of Standard & Poors Execucomp and public data on corporate social responsibility. She is a Ph.D. candidate in industrial relations and human resource management at the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She is an assistant professor in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
