To take advantage of this service, log into Handshake and schedule an appointment with a SMLR Career Management Specialist. Your SMLR career advisor will provide log on information for the SMLR Career Closet online platform. 

2. Determine Your Style and Fit

Access the SMLR Career Closet website to enter information on your individual fit and style preferences. You can use AI tools to determine your style and connect with a professional stylist to put together your professional outfit. 

3. Place Your Order and Receive Your Outfit

Place your order through the SMLR Career Closet website. A box with the complete tailored outfit will be delivered right to your door. 

The cost of a 30-day outfit rental is covered for a limited number of SMLR undergraduate and graduate students in the Human Resource Management and Labor & Employment Relations programs. 

At the conclusion of your 30-day rental period, you can opt to purchase your outfit at a significant discount off today's retail prices.
