The School of Management and Labor Relations Alumni Association (SMLRAA) hosted a virtual forum on work-life balance on May 4, 2021.
Keith Bogen (GMLR), Niki Patel (GMLR), and SMLR's Dr. Tracy F.H. Chang discussed how they and their organizations manage work-life balance pre-pandemic, during pandemic and in this post-pandemic world. The panelists also discussed how work-life balance is changing (e.g. possibly more remote work, flexibility in shifts). Quionne Matchett (GMLR) and Catherine Mobilian (SMLR) moderated the panel and asked insightful questions to our three panelists, while Cynthia Abbott (SSW) lead audience Q&A. The audience asked questions about women and work, as well as maintaining psychological safety throughout this past year (and beyond).
