So Ri Park joined the doctoral program at the School of Management and Labor Relations in fall 2020. Her research interests revolve around how inequalities perpetuate among various worker groups. In particular, she studies how organization’s stakeholder management affects hierarchies among stakeholder groups. She also examines work and non-work outcomes of precarious workers, such as workers with disabilities. Her research with coauthors has been presented at the Academy of Management Conference and the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
