Rania Elanwer holds a Ph.D. from Penn State University and an M.S. from the University of Minnesota, with her research focusing on leveraging analytics and machine learning to enhance decision-making and optimize human capital performance. She has contributed to various research projects involving machine learning and AI, including developing models to predict employee turnover and participating in developing virtual reality organizational development programs aimed at strengthening leadership and HR competencies.

At Rutgers University, Rania teaches a range of analytics courses to both undergraduate and graduate students. Before joining Rutgers, she worked as a data analyst at Penn State University, where she collaborated with academic and administrative units to analyze student performance, enrollment trends, and institutional effectiveness.
