Jie (Jasmine) Feng received her Ph.D. from the Department of Management and Human Resources at the Wisconsin School of Business. Her primary research interests include employee turnover, compensation, and the interfaces between HR and entrepreneurship.
Feng’s research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, and other leading journals. Her research has been cited in media outlets including Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Inc. Magazine, and NBC News. Feng has teaching experience in several HR areas (e.g., strategic HRM, compensation, strategic staffing) and received a Distinguished Teaching Award from the Wisconsin School of Business.
