Join the Rutgers NJ/NY Center for Employee Ownership for an information session on Monday, December 9 at 5:00pm. The virtual session will cover what employee ownership means, how businesses can use Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) as tools for succession, and the benefits of ESOPs for business-sellers, companies, and workers in New Jersey. Representatives from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) will also join to discuss a forthcoming state program designed to assist eligible businesses considering ESOP adoption.

Located at Rutgers University within the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at the School of Management and Labor Relations, the NJ/NY Center for Employee Ownership promotes greater awareness of employee ownership as a form of business succession planning among business leaders, public officials, employees, members of the media, students, teachers, nonprofit leaders, consumers, and organizations.
