For more than fifty years, the Union Leadership Academy (ULA) has provided an outstanding leadership development program for NJ union members and leaders. The curriculum is designed to equip emerging leaders with new knowledge and effective skills, which have advanced the leadership position of many graduates in their unions and in their communities. Classes are held at several convenient locations throughout the state. Take a class today and become the leader you want to be tomorrow!

Registration:

Register details are coming soon. 
The per-class registration fee is $85. Pre-registration and payment are required to guarantee seats. For online registration, we accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and e-checks. If you cannot use this form of payment, please call 848-932-9504.

Schedule and Location:

The course schedule will soon be provided. 
All courses run from 6:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. Classes will take place at three New Jersey locations: Trenton, Pleasantville, and New Brunswick.

Certificate Requirements: 

Participants must complete eight courses to receive the Union Leadership Academy Certificate. Attendance of 5 out 6 of the classes is required in order to complete the course. While the program begins in September, learners may enroll in individual courses at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued. Cancellations made three business days prior to the date of a class will receive full credit toward any future courses offered by LEARN at Rutgers University.
