Teresitia Walters is a Career Management Specialist at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Prior to joining Rutgers, Teresitia was an Assistant Director in the Career Center at Seton Hall University. She served in this role for 2 years. With more than a decade in higher education, Teresitia has focused her efforts on student retention and future careers for our students.

Teresitia also worked for the Educational Opportunity Program and served as the institutional representative for the American Council on Education in NJ, the NJ Cybersecurity Conference Committee. She also serves as the vice president of awards for the NJ Career Center Consortium (NJC3). 

Teresitia enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and volunteers within the special needs community, from the United Nations to local initiatives.
