Junting is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University. Junting studies human resource management and practices, particularly compensation and benefits, and their influences on employee, team and organization outcomes. Her research also relates to leadership behaviors. Within that, she is especially interested in the effects of the differentiation of leadership behaviors and the interaction of leadership behaviors and HR practices at multiple levels. Junting's research has been presented at international conferences such as the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
