Hannah Park is a Ph.D. candidate in Human Resources Management at the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR), Rutgers University. Her research focuses on how employees and organizations take actions to reduce inequity and promote inclusion at work.
Hannah's research has been accepted for Research in Social Issues in Management and has been presented at the Academy of Management (AOM), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Southern Management Association (SMA). A refection of her excellence in research, teaching, and service, Hannah has received the SMLR Doctoral Student Teaching Excellence Award and the Best Paper Award at the SMA, and also has been selected as the best reviewer of the Human Resources Division of the AOM.
