Debbie L. Hines is a SMLR lecturer who teaches courses on workplace issues, including “Diversity and Inclusion At Work,” “Avoiding Sexual Harassment,” and “Black Workers in American Society.”

Ms. Hines has an extensive background as a corporate consultant in human resource management, organizational structure, and mediation. She has built trusting relationships and facilitated creative learning programs that deliver results to clients and employees throughout the New Jersey area. She works with CEO’s, lawyers, schools, and medical facilities specializing in presentations, training and coaching on employee and organizational management, cultural sensitivity, coaching, and alternative dispute resolution.

She continues her personal development to strengthen her skills and keep abreast of current research.
