Jerry Liu joined the doctoral program at the School of Management and Labor Relations in fall 2019. He studies the challenges and consequences of working in a multicultural workplace, and the relationship between diversity and workplace outcomes. Within these areas, he is particularly interested in employees’ identity management and interpersonal relationships at work. His research interests also include the relationship between employee and employer, and the interface between work and life. Prior to joining the program, Jerry earned a Master of Science degree in Management at the University of Oregon.
