Before coming to Rutgers, Nancy worked as a real estate paralegal for twelve years. She joined the Rutgers Office of Academic Labor Relations in 2014 as an administrative coordinator and was promoted to Labor Relations Specialist in 2016. In these roles, Nancy provided guidance to the university community on personnel matters related to faculty hiring, reappointment, promotion, and tenure and she assisted with the administration of collective bargaining agreements governing faculty. She also played an integral role in the administration of the Faculty Compensation Program and facilitating ADA and religious accommodations. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College and a Master of Labor and Employment Relations degree from Rutgers SMLR. 

As Human Resources Manager, Nancy provides support to all SMLR units by coordinating the administration of payroll and human resource processes and by organizing and coordinating SMLR and central office operations. She serves as a resource to staff and faculty in the interpretation of policies and procedures and in the hiring process. She also serves as a point of contact for all policies and procedures related to the faculty tenure, appointment, reappointment, and promotion process.
