June Shin is a Ph.D. student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, who joined the Ph.D. program in Fall 2022. She earned her master’s degree in Management from Yonsei University, and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ewha Womans University. Her research interests focus on social network dynamics and team diversity. In particular, she seeks to understand how interpersonal workplace relationships can relate to individual and team performance.
