Hanna Xue

Hanna is a Ph.D. student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University with a concentration in Labor, Work, and Society. She joined the Ph.D. program in 2023. Prior to starting the Ph.D. program, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Her research interests focus on public education and teachers’ unions, worker organizing in the American South, and more broadly, public sector unions and contemporary union organizing.
