Chiji Ohayia, Ph.D., M.S., has over 30 years of professional experience in various industries, including telecommunications, financial services, government agencies, healthcare, and higher learning institutions. 

Dr. Ohayia has extensive teaching and course development experience in the areas of project management, human resources management, diversity and inclusion, organizational behavior, and information technology.

One of his passions is community involvement and is inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s quote: "Life's most persistent and urgent question is 'What are you doing for others?'"
