Steph Chan-Ahuja is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Her research explores strategic human capital elements that contribute to performance and career growth, particularly in hiring, job transitions, and promotions. In one of her studies about remote work, she founded an organization and hired over 200 employees to gather real-world data for her research. She received her Ph.D. In Organizational Behavior from London Business School, her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her B.Sc. from The Wharton School.
