The 4^th Annual NJ/NY Center for Employee Ownership Business Conference is a 2-day virtual event featuring sessions on timely topics on ESOPs and Public Company Equity Compensation with insights from top industry professionals and Rutgers researchers.

Conference Schedule

Day 1: Presentations from ESOP and other employee ownership design consultants, financial experts and business leaders
Day 2: Presentations from Equity Compensation experts and Rutgers researchers

Conference topics include:

• ESOP design and company valuation
• Owner, company, and employee perspective on the benefits and challenges of an ESOP transaction
• Current trends in equity compensation
• Employee mobility and state taxation
• Employee financial wellness

Registration fee includes participation in BOTH virtual conference days for up to three (3) individuals.
