Assessing Pace University’s Efforts to Retain Black and Hispanic Nursing Students

Pace University has launched a four-year project to tackle the longstanding shortage of Blacks and Hispanics in the nursing workforce. The STEPS to Success Program will use multiple strategies to increase retention and graduation rates of first-generation Black and Hispanic students in Pace’s registered nursing program.
