Hannah Park is a Ph.D. Candidate in Human Resources Management at the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR), Rutgers University. Her research focuses on why and how employees take action to support vulnerable populations and how organizations implement initiatives to promote workplace inclusion. Further, Hannah is interested in whether the intended goals of such actions and initiatives are effectively achieved or if unintended consequences follow.
Her research has been accepted at the Research in Social Issues in Management and has been presented at the Academy of Management (AOM), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Southern Management Association (SMA). Her excellence in research, teaching, and service has been recognized: Hannah received the Best Paper Award at the SMA and the SMLR Doctoral Student Teaching Excellence Award, and she was selected as the Best Reviewer at the AOM.
