Jacqueline Maginnis is a Career Management Specialist on the Career Services team at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.  In this role, she works with undergraduate and graduate students majoring/minoring in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations.  Jacqueline has 5+ years of experience working with students in higher education and coaches individuals on resume/cover letter writing, interview preparation, job searching and enhancing a professional network.  Prior to becoming a career advisor, Jacqueline worked as a Consultant for IBM Global Business Services.
