Rosemarie Cipparulo was an assistant teaching professor at the School of Management and Labor Relations and taught classes in collective bargaining, employment law, labor law and arbitration. She was also an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Cipparulo was engaged in the practice of union-side labor law, employment law, constitutional law, civil rights matters, ERISA and the representation of social and economic justice organizations with the law firm of Weissman & Mintz, LLC for more than two decades.
Ms. Cipparulo’s experience included practice before the NJ Public Employment Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the NJ Civil Service Commission, the NJ Department of Education, the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division and Chancery Division, the NJ Superior Court Appellate Division, the NJ Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
She had extensive experience in litigation, appellate practice, arbitration, mediation, fact-finding, collective bargaining and had numerous reported decisions in her areas of practice. Ms. Cipparulo provided testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee and the NJ Civil Union Review Commission. She was also a featured speaker on public sector labor law for the NJ Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association and the NJ Public Employment Relations Commission.
