Leonard C. Schiro teaches courses including “Labor Relations in Professional Sports,” “Salary Caps in Professional Sports,” and “Labor Relations in the Entertainment Industry”, as well as being an instructor for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education for attorneys in New Jersey. He also conducts classes for union representatives covering all aspects of organized labor’s role in the modern workplace.

Mr. Schiro is a founding partner of the law firm of Mets, Schiro & McGovern. As a full time attorney he represents employees and labor unions throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He has appeared before countless courts including the New Jersey Supreme Court, National Labor Relations Board and New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission. He has appeared on news shows advocating the position of organized labor and is utilized as an expert in labor relations for various news organizations.
