

Elizabeth Monroe

Elizabeth Monroe is the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration at the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR), where she is responsible for the leadership, organization, and oversight of all business and administrative operations within the school including financial planning and analysis, budget development and management, human resources administration, sponsored research compliance, and administrative support services.
In her previous role at Pace University, Liz served as Assistant Dean of Budget and Reporting for both the Lubin School of Business and the Professional Education and Special Programs unit, which includes the online programs at Pace. In this dual leadership role, she oversaw both operating and revenue-generating budgets, drove data-informed decision-making, and led initiatives that contributed to program growth, faculty development, and institutional efficiency.
Liz holds dual undergraduate degrees in accounting and business, as well as an MBA. She brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic planning within the nonprofit and higher education sectors to her role at SMLR.
Throughout her professional career, Liz has established herself as a dedicated team player, shaped by a lifelong personal love of sports. As a leader, she is a collaborative team builder who has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding institutional goals to achieve sustained organizational growth and success.
