Darcel Lowery

Darcel Lowery, MHRM is a Human Resource Consultant responsible training, development, hiring, and performance management coaching and consultation. She is a native of Piscataway. Darcel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University – New Brunswick where she majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. She also earned her Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Darcel started her career at Rutgers teaching Human Resource Issues. She currently teaches Workplace Diversity and Issues at Work: Workplace Violence.
