Alondrea Hubbard is a PhD student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She joined the PhD program in 2021. She earned her Master's degree in Psychology from Auburn University in Montgomery, her Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University, and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Samford University. Her research interests focus on workplace diversity, organizational social networks, identity, interpersonal workplace relationships, and emotions. Her research has been presented at the Academy of Management Conference and the Southern Management Association. She serves as a Doctoral Student Representative for the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management (AOM), and serves on committees for the PhD Project and the AOM New Doctoral Student Consortium.
