Xin Meng (She/her/hers) is a PhD student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Xin joined the PhD program in 2024. Her research is dedicated to fostering positive, benign, and inclusive organizational environments. Specifically, Xin explores workplace mistreatment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) issues at work, and the impact of these factors on employee mental health.
Prior to starting the program, Xin received her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China, followed by a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also contributed as a research assistant at China Europe International Business School, enhancing her expertise in the field.
