TJ Raineri is a PhD student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He joined the PhD program in 2022. He earned his MBA from University of Florida and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University. His research interests focus on employee turnover, events and shocks that impact employees, and career progression. Prior to starting the PhD Program, he worked as a Financial Project Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and a Finance Manager at L’Oreal prior to that.
