TJ Raineri is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He joined the PhD program in 2022. He earned his MBA from University of Florida and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University. His research interests focus on strategic human capital, collective turnover: specifically shock-induced collective turnover and trajectories of turnover, and multilevel quantitative methods.
 
Prior to starting the PhD Program, he worked as a Financial Project Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and a Finance Manager at L’Oreal prior to that.
