Qizhong Yang is a PhD student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He joined the PhD program in 2023. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in clinical & social psychology from the University of Rochester. His research interests focus on employee turnover, leadership, bottom line mentality and teamwork dynamics.
