Ann Marie Fiorella-Mullen

Ann Marie Fiorella-Mullen (she/her) is a Student Counselor/Senior Program Administrator for the Master of Labor and Employment Relations (MLER) program at Rutgers University. In her role, Ann Marie advises students in the in-person and online MLER programs in addition to the department’s graduate certificate programs. Prior to joining Rutgers, Ann Marie held multiple program management roles in theater arts, higher education, change-based nonprofits and within corporate organizations. She worked mainly on pilot and entrepreneurial programs, helping to establish strategic planning, best practices in the administrative content of the organization, and daily interaction with the student and employee organizational behavior experiences. Ann Marie is passionate about immigration and human rights, DEI, theater education/arts, and public speaking. Prior to her role with SMLR, Ann Marie worked with graduate students in the Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) Political Science Master of Arts program for six years.
