Andrew Wilson is a PhD student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He joined the PhD program in 2024. He earned his Master's degree in Sociology from George Mason University and Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. His research interests focus on automation, exoskeletons, and AI and their impact on the future of work. Prior to starting the PhD Program, he worked as a policy analyst for North America's Building Trades Unions and the Illinois Economic Policy Institute.
