Xueqing Fan is a doctoral student at School of Management and Labor Relations, who joined the program in Fall 2018. Her primary research interests are workplace dynamics, such as dynamic performance and over-time changes in employees’ well-being, and the influence of organizational human resource management practices and leadership on such dynamics.
