Su Chen

Ph.D. Student

Su Chen is a second-year Ph.D. student at the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She studies human resource management and practices, particularly compensation, and their impact on employee, team and organization outcomes (particularly turnover). She also conducts research at the intersection between human resource management systems and social capital, including how HR systems influences multilevel outcomes by transforming social capital as well as the dynamic and multidimensional features of social capital.
