Eugene Son is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Relations and Human Resources in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University.  She is interested in how an HR system/practice affects employee attitudes and behavior and subsequent organizational level outcomes. Her main research interests include strategic human resource management, diversity in organization, and employee turnover.  Her studies have been presented at the Academy of Management.
