Her engagements include Bayer Consumer Care, CIT Group, Corning Technologies, Cornell University, Hong Kong Shanghai Bank’s Consumer Lending Division, Johnson & Johnson, Metropolitan Jewish Health Systems, The New York Times, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, State University of New York, United Water Resources, and Weill Medical College.
Kamm was vice president of succession planning and executive development at Beneficial Management Corporation. She served on the Professional Development Committee of the American Financial Services Association and the Training and Development Council of the Conference Board. She has a master's degree in organizational behavior/industrial psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
