Join the Rutgers Center for Women and Work and the Center for HR and Leadership Development for the Leadership Development for Early Career Women program, a unique certificate program for women who are 5 to 10 years into their current job title.

Over the course of four, day-long sessions (see above) on the Rutgers University—Livingston campus, our experts will help aspiring women leaders build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to move up in their organizations and unlock their true potential in the workplace.

Module One - SEPTEMBER 12:
Exploring Women, Work, and Leadership

Module Two - OCTOBER 10: 
Work and Life in an Innovation Economy

Module Three - NOVEMBER 7:
Understanding Your Workplace Culture

Module Four - DECEMBER 5:
Social Networks, Personalized Plans, and Capstone Leadership Panel

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a university-issued professional certificate from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, the world’s leading source of expertise on managing and representing workers, designing effective organizations, and building strong employment relationships.
