Learn to develop leading-edge HR programs, acquire skills to enhance personal effectiveness and business outcomes, and augment your professional career growth. Each course focuses on the skills necessary to be successful in the HR role and offers practical approaches for applying these skills in real-world situations.
The format is online, asynchronous, and self-paced. Participants will learn the material independently; there is no student-to-instructor, or student-to-student interaction.
The courses are structured as lecture presentation audio which are approximately 25 minutes each in duration. There are about 5 to 7 audio lectures per course which participants are able to view at their own pace. Optional readings and media specifically curated to each course are also included. There are no assignments or activities, however, each course has one quiz at the end. Participants must score 70% or higher to complete the course within 3 attempts.
Once registered, participants will have access to the course(s) through December 31, 2019. To receive HRCI and SHRM re-certification credits, courses must be completed by December 31, 2019. If you don't feel you can complete the course(s) by December 31, 2019, we recommend you wait until the next registration opens. Please check back here for upcoming sessions.
