Do CHRLD programs qualify for tuition reimbursement?

Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations’ Center for HR and Leadership Development (CHRLD) are approved for company tuition reimbursement. In order to obtain academic credit, there is an optional exam at the completion of the program. If the participant receives a passing grade, he/she will receive a 3 credit graduate elective waiver towards a SMLR degree. Although many other colleges have accepted our credits as transfer credits towards a master’s degree, we cannot guarantee other universities will accept the credits.

Programs for individuals are held at a variety of locations depending on the program.
