The 2013-2014 Accurate Equity Fellow

Francesco Bova, the Accurate Equity Fellowwill assess the causes and effects of variations in equity-based compensation across international employees of U.S. multinationals. He is an assistant professor of accounting at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is a former Louis O. Kelso Fellow and was a finalist for the Shared Capitalism Through Employee Ownership Dissertation Award. He holds a Ph.D. in accounting from Yale University.

 

The 2012-2013 Accurate Equity Fellow

Eric KaarsemakerEric Kaarsemaker, the first Accurate Equity Fellow and the first fellow studying Europe, studies the effects of individual choice in relation to employee ownership. He was a lecturer in human resource management at the University of York in the United Kingdom from 2006 until 2009. He is currently based in the Netherlands as a consultant and independent researcher and has a Ph.D. in management science from the Radboud University Nijmegan School of Management in The Netherlands.
