A Program that is Convenient for You

On-campus courses are offered in Piscataway on the Livingston Campus of Rutgers–New Brunswick. Classes are offered late afternoons and evenings, Monday through Thursday, as well as all day on Saturdays for a half semester for the convenience of working students. Classes are also offered in the summer. Enrollment can be parttime or fulltime. Courses can also be made available off campus in partnership with corporations or other organizations.

Paid internships are available and are strongly recommended for students without prior experience in HRM. In addition, the program offers a placement service for students with numerous major organizations.

Our graduates are employed in major corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations around the globe such as: GE, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsico, Lockheed Martin and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, among others.
