Accurate Equity Fellows Profiles
The 2012-2013 Accurate Equity Fellow
Eric Kaarsemaker, the first Accurate Equity Fellow and the first fellow studying Europe, studies the effects of individual choice in relation to employee ownership. He was a lecturer in human resource management at the University of York in the United Kingdom from 2006 until 2009. He is currently based in the Netherlands as a consultant and independent researcher and has a Ph.D. in management science from the Radboud University Nijmegan School of Management in The Netherlands.
